An ophidian day wrung from a tigrine night,
Drip- drop....drips, on the platform of moonlight--
Spelt across my limbs-- oh, so tight
Irrational like a lupine fight.

The lutrine agility in the sparkling stream,
The talpine courage, the pardine dream
The ursine thirst for honey and spleen
Supersaturated on the ribs of the marine!

Stop pulling me into this equine race--
The canine drooling, the feline grace
Gnawing ants eat into my face
Yet I feel no-thing, no craving, no trace!

The vulpine snide, the capric grin
The ovine obedience that bites my shin
Stop drawing me into this cervine kiln,
C'est la vie for you....so lets begin!!
